Meet the Team

DOMINIQUE STAINDL
Dominique’s experience in London’s built environment communications spans more than 10 years. From working in-house at Max Fordham, to agency life with ING Media, her straight-talking approach has helped her build up some of the biggest names in the built environment.
She has worked with UKREiiF, MIPIM, Scottish Cities Alliance, Quality of Life Foundation and Built by Nature.
A Civic Trust Awards national judge, she helps to run events with Build Up and Real Estate Women.

SARATH VARADARAJAN
Sarath read Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick, graduating with First Class Honours, where his dissertation centred on memory, identity creation, and borders. Both his studies and subsequent working life are informed by his interest in the relationships between people, media, and physical spaces.
During his time at university, Sarath served as co-Editor-in-Chief of the Warwick edition of The Tab, a national student news site. He was also a Student Research Assistant for the project investigating the evolution of Leamington Spa as a university town.
Growing up in both Chennai and Kuala Lumpur, then studying in the UK, has afforded Sarath a global perspective. He knows first-hand the power of communication to improve the built environment’s social and cultural utility.

CHRISTOPHER MOORE
A senior brand and communications professional with three decades' worth of experience, Christopher has worked with some of the most prominent names in the built environment in the UK and Australia.
He believes in the power of big ideas to change the world, and the power of communication to change it for the better.
Christopher is a strategic thinker who can deploy the written and spoken word to garner attention and elevate the discourse. He also specialises in crisis communications, and media and presentation preparation.
He is, as one of his clients once called him, ‘a communications badass’.

RUBY LLEWELYN
Intrigued by the environments which form and foster communities, Ruby has spent the last decade engaged with the built environment through research and fieldwork.
Earning her Bachelor's degree from the New York Universities’ Gallatin School of Individualised Study, Ruby authored a course which investigated the socio- and psychological impacts of digital technology use.
Ruby has a longstanding love for architecture and design, and is thrilled to bridge that passion with her affinity for storytelling. A skilled writer and communicator, she believes that narrative has the power to connect us all.

EBONY OWUSU-NEPAUL
In both her academic and professional life Ebony has been driven by a desire to foster genuine community - spaces where people feel seen, heard and connected through shared purpose.

She holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, where she read the sociology of media and culture. Her research, rooted in lived experience, explored the responsibility of the media to represent the unrepresented and examined the ethics of narrative power.
Having worked in DEI across both small and large organisations, including RedBull Racing, Mazars and Lidl GB, Ebony is dedicated to helping businesses creatively represent their values and ethos with authenticity and impact.
